Job Summary

SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana are core procurement and financial platforms in Gamuda. This Job Description covers Enterprise Solutions Specialist taking up Supplier Management Administrator Role to understand the technology and carry out ongoing user adoption activities and process improvement to maximize the business impact in digital supplier management, onboarding and procurement processes. The incumbent will be reporting to GIT, to be trained in the SAP Ariba and S/4 Hana system and processes. He/she will also be developed in the aspect of reporting & analytics as part of the team in achieving a data driven culture, better governance and best practices in supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Key member of GIT Ariba administration and adoption team who will be leading the Supplier Lifecycle and Performance Management (SLPM) as well as configuration, enhancements, and training.
  • S/4 Hana MM- Business Partner (BP)- Maintenance and Support.
  • Ariba CIG- S/4 Hana Integration for Suppliers and Business Partners.
  • Manage and find resolutions for the issues arising from Ariba SLPM operations and ensure stakeholders are updated.
  • Build business acumen to understand business issues and determine if the issue can be corrected through Ariba configurations or if the issue must be corrected through other IT intervention.
  • Support analytics generation and development as well as analytics and further system improvement and expansion.
  • Undertake Project Management support role with S/4 Hana team in the ERP implementations and S/4 Hana integration with Ariba. (CIG-BP Vendor Module)
  • Provide system administration support (e.g., user access, workflow & system configuration) on SAP Ariba system SLPM whilst working closely with Group Procurement Office Supplier Management team.
  • Liaise with the users to explain and resolve business issues, and develop use cases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Systems, Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
Skills & Abilities
  • Good business acumen skills, preferably in construction industry or project costing, or digital procurement area.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to speak and read Simplified Chinese is highly desired. Ability to read Traditional Chinese is an added advantage.
  • Independent, detail-conscious, self-motivated, organized, and results oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks and achieving tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and management skills. Fast learner, flexible and able to work on multiple tasks with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Good time management and able to work efficiently.
  • Knowledge of standard office processes, procedures, and technology.
  • Display ownership and passion for work with strong job, commitment/responsibilities, and take initiative to look into issues, identify and resolve the problems.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and demanding conditions/complexities.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in Vendor Management functional support (Experience and Knowledge of Ariba is added advantage).
