Finance & HR Services (FHS) at DHL Group – that’s us! We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.
Our Finance Operations team supports our group in all financial activities, e.g. regarding accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and corporate treasury. These include asset accounting, intercompany alignment, active collecting, customs invoicing, profit and loss accounting and payment factory for DHL Group.
Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL Group working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Job Purpose:
Administer Payroll activities with the objective of accurate and timely employee payments in line with Payroll process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.
Your tasks:
- Administer Payroll activities with accuracy as per set quality standards and timelines for Singapore country.
- Conduct Payroll activities such as accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and Payroll deductions
- Calculate various components of salary such as overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses
- Check and rectify errors as per process guidelines and precedence
- Maintain various Payroll records as per process guidelines
- Collate and verify various data and information required for carrying out Payroll processes
- Assist in reporting for internal use/ Government/ Compliance
- Receive and resolve Payroll related queries from employees
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree
- HR certification preferred
- Possess more than 4 years of work related experience in similar field, preferably in an HR Shared Service Centre.
- Familiar and understand on statutory requirements for Singapore payroll.
- Exposure with relevant key aspects of HR and payroll processes.
- Business understanding.
- Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Able to handle high volume of work and adapt to changes.
