Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Calculate the resignee’s final payment including any outstanding entitlement and deduction.
- IR21 tax clearance submission for the foreigner leaver in accordance with tax regulation.
- Manage and administer the time attendance systems, including updates the schedules, overtime records correction.
- Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes the time attendance report.
- Responsible in handling employee's payroll related query through ticketing system on time.
- Maintaining payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures, and recommend changes and improvement.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
- Minimum 1 years in human resources (HR) with at least 1 years in payroll administration field/ Minimum 10 years job experience for employees with diploma.
- Good knowledge about HR processes and HR IT System.
- Able to work in a tight timeline.
- Advantage with Singapore Payroll experiences.
