  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
  • Establish and implement QA processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Utilize automation tools such as UIPath and RSAT for test execution and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project manager, and business analysts, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify software defects.
  • Document, track, and resolve bugs and issues using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps).
  • Continuously improve QA strategies and practices, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on automation tools and QA best practices as needed.
