Sr Financial Analyst - FP&A (1-Year Contract)

The Team And Role

This Regional FP&A Analystrole is part of the Emerging Markets Finance team which is the fastest growing & one of the most profitable regions. The Emerging Finance team works across multiple geographies and diverse cultures which includes 99 countries covering Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Central Asia, Türkiye & Africa.

The Sr Financial Analyst will provide Quarterly forecasting & reporting, data analytics for business reviews & annual planning cycle, OpEX, HC tracking, Marcom and flux analysis. This role will work closely with the Cluster BFM’s, P&C and Regional finance teams on various FP&A activities including forecast consolidation, Quarter closing, Tableau reporting, Opex reporting, automation and standardization.

• Lead Opex planning for the region, Forecast, track & report of actual spend by clusters.
• Perform quarter end close opex accruals, aged offer/PO follow-ups and review related SOX controls working closely with Cluster BFM & Controllership.
• Co-ordinate Quarterly forecast consolidation, reviews, Rev to Margin Ops loading & actuals reporting and detailed variance analysis for the quarter.
• Monitor, analyze and report the financial performance, marketing investment budgets, and operating expenses by category and cluster.
• Prepare monthly Opex reporting & tracking and review related SOX controls.
• Lead Quota setting & commission calculations for South Asia & AMECA regions
• Maintain Weekly Sales reporting update & tableau dashboard reporting.
  
  

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5-6 years of FP&A regional experience preferably managing opex in Consumer electronics, IT or FMCG industry.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data.
• Self-motivated and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expert in Excel & Google Doc’s; Proficiency in Tableau, Oracle/Hyperion.
