Staff Engineer Maintenance Test

Equipment Maintenance - Troubleshoots, diagnoses equipment problems and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

Plan and schedule Preventive/ Proactive Maintenance activities, has overall responsibility for the equipment reliability, availability and maintainability.

• Manage, control, and measure maintenance cost-effectively. Formulate total funding for future plan or strategies that maintenance needs for developing and delivering proper support for production.
• Responsible in buy off new equipment and perforation after buyoff. Monitor and analyze equipment performance and capability.
• Establish Proactive Maintenance methods to extend equipment life: develop specifications, age exploration, reliability engineering
• Participate or lead in Continuous Improvements and coordinate gap and root cause analysis
• PIs – Accountable for specific EQ OEE, Unplanned Downtime, MTBA, MTBF,PM fulfillment, Yield, MNT Cost, Quality.
• Spare part management – ensure spare part availability to avoid maintenance shortfalls that might impact operation.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical, Material Science, Physics
• Preferably more than 5 years of working experience in the electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• A fundamental knowledge of the semiconductor processes in relevant.
• Assertiveness, intercultural as well as strong leadership skills and independent working method.
• Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning task sand checking work at frequent intervals.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
