- Perform Thermomechanical simulation using FEA software
- Conduct virtual assessment of technical risks related to the functionality, manufacturability and reliability performance of new package designs
- Apply numerical optimization techniques to improve package design and/or assembly process conditions
- Master’s or PhD Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a simulation engineer
- Advanced knowledge in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical, Abaqus or Comsol Multiphysics)
- Hands-on experience in applying Machine Learning techniques would be a definite advantage
