We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Anna Hoo Clinic. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist in aesthetic treatments, and ensure clinical excellence in line with our protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Welcome patients and create a comfortable, friendly environment.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care, including explaining procedures, monitoring recovery, and offering aftercare advice.

Treatment Assistance:

• Support doctors during consultations and procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables).
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and prepared for use.

Clinical Administration:

• Manage patient records, treatment schedules, and medical inventory.
• Document follow-ups and coordinate appointments effectively.

Customer Service:

• Address patient inquiries and promote clinic treatments and services.
• Enhance patient satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout their visit.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatment advancements.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills.

Hygiene & Safety:

• Maintain a clean and sanitized clinic environment.
• Follow proper protocols for medical waste disposal and equipment sterilization.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Report incidents and share feedback to improve clinic operations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Must registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
• Passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
