State Registered Nurse (SRN)

A. REQUIREMENT

1. Well converse in Bahasa and English.

2. Minimum certificate is Diploma in related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Able to work on scheduled hours, weekends, and public holiday (shift basis).

4. Candidates familiar with TPA Panel & Insurance Claim would be a bonus.

5. A good team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

7. Possess a valid LJM APC.

8. Able to work at night shift duty (24hours clinic operating)

B. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Welcome and provide attentive service to all patients with respect and kindness.

2. Responsible for managing patient registrations, dispensing medications, handling payments, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups.

3. Answer phone calls and address queries from patients.

4. Support the doctor during minor medical procedures in the clinic.

5. Provide direct care to patients, including assessing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs, educating patients and their families, and prioritizing patient care to inform the physician about their condition.

6. Ensure the cleanliness of the clinic and the sterilization of medical equipment.

7. Conduct daily administrative and logistical tasks for the clinic, such as inventory checks and entering data for panel services.
