Study Coordinator (MeMoSA)

Cancer Research Malaysia — a leading non-profit dedicated to advancing Malaysian cancer research — is looking for a Study Coordinator (SC) to join our MeMoSA (Mobile Mouth Screening Anywhere) AI project. MeMoSA is a mobile app for AI-supported early detection of oral cancer.

As a Study Coordinator, you will play a key role in patient recruitment, image collection, and data management to help improve our AI model’s accuracy. You will work closely with clinicians and our digital health team to ensure smooth project operations and high-quality data collection.

• Recruit and follow up with patients for the MeMoSA AI study.
• Capture oral images using the MeMoSA mobile app.
• Collect, enter, and analyze data from clinical case notes.
• Ensure documentation and ethics compliance are up to date.
• Support data review, cleaning, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and patients at partner sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-based discipline.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced research environment.
• Proactive and meticulous with high accuracy in data handling.
• Interest in digital health, dentistry, or oral cancer research is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to clinical sites (own transport required).
