Supervisor -Customer Service

• Fully handle all type of Import/export shipments.
• Monitor closely all shipments and update to related parties until shipment arrived.
• Lease with Liner, Forwarder, Haulier, Forwarding Agent and Warehouse Operation Team.
• Visibility of shipment and planning to Customer.
• Provide periodic reports to customers.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and provide second-to-none customer service.
• Take full responsibilities and end-to-end ownership of customer shipments and issues.
• Adherence to customer-specific SOPs and KPIs.
• Opening/create billing file, preparing billing file, monitor invoicing from Finance and sending invoices via email to Customer.
• Ensure timely invoicing of shipment as per company KPI.
• Maintain accountability and accuracy for updating and meeting deadlines for monthly billing reports required by customers.
• Address root causes and seek continuous improvements – constantly look for ways to improve work processes.
• Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards – share knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in company projects and initiatives as required.
• Backup for the other team members as and when necessary.
• Mentor and guide newcomers or CS in the team.
• Any other job-related tasks as assigned by Manager.

Knowledge in Warehouse operation is an added advantage.
