SUPERVISOR (PRODUCTION)

A. Primary job function

1. To lead production function in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety, production documents and efficiency objectives.
2. To ensure supervisor, line leader, material handlers are motivated and competent to meet customers requirements.
3. To set performance measurement and drive to achieving targets.
4. To coordinate with other functions in achieving production targets.
5. To initiate and drive improvement activities for cost saving, quality, efficiency, delivery and safety.

B. Duties and responsibilities

1. To ensure good house keeping and safety at all time.
2. To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for overtime.
3. To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for lines and machines loading.
4. To ensure stock take results are accurate and efficient.
5. To ensure material are control within the jo. No accumulation of EM material are allowed.
6. To ensure production during the weekend and night shift are performend with sufficient control and safety.

3. Qualification and requirement

1.a Bachelor degree in electronic or electrical engineering

1.b Diploma holder in electronic or electrical engineering with at least 3 year experience in the same line ,
