- Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to global supply chain activities.
- Generate reports on costing and profitability, demand and supply forecasting, logistics performance, supplier reliability, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Supply Chain Director and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency across the supply chain.
- Provide support in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in managing related processes
Requirements:Â
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1â3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related role (entry-level candidates with relevant internships may be considered).
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to act as a bridge between the team in China and Malaysia.
- Familiarity with AI prompts is an added advantage.
- Occasional traveling is required.
