Supply Chain Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement and Logistics Executive to join our team. This role is critical in managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient logistics operations, and supporting our supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving cost-effective purchasing strategies while maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outlet orders, delivery notice in a timely and accurate manner
• Responsible to follow through the end-to-end operational daily stock orders
• Working closely with related department to ensure all orders reach destinations on schedule
• Purchase goods, materials with specified cost, quality and delivery targets to supplier
• Managing complaints, claims and quality issues both with suppliers and outlets
• Act as interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
• Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare reports and updates as per required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement and logistics roles, preferably in a similar industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and supply contracts.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in procurement and logistics.
