Supply Chain Officer

Qualifications

As a Supply Chain Officer, your main tasks will be to:

• Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiation with supplier/ vendors to constantly strive for best pricing, delivery and payment term
• Issue PO to supplier/ vendor
• Monitor and expedite outstanding order and delivery schedule
• Liaise & communicate extensively with supplier on procurement matter
• Liaise with freight forwarder on shipping & transporter matter with regards to import shipment
• Prepare RFQ for bid proposals and completed within the desired time-frame
• Handling inventory and warehouse activities for all branch plant (Pg, KL & JB)
• Keep track inventory flow to identify stock moving
• Ad-hoc task as assign by superior or management

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
