SUPPLY CHAIN/LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE

Purchasing

• To be responsible for all general purchasing functions such as request quotation, create and matching purchase orders.
• To liaise with local suppliers and HQ Procurement & Store staff for pricing, stock purchase, quality and delivery status.
• To liaise with Storekeeper on works related to material and goods.
• To maintain a good filing system of all records and documents.

Planning

• Key in work orders and release order details in excel files.
• Prepare Invoice, Packing List & Delivery Order and key-in all the data in AutoCount Accounting.
• Solve discrepancies with regards to incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Logistics

• Responsible for all KASTAM reporting, ATS monthly & annually report, tax exemption application, duty customs sales and tax functions, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with related government authorities.
• In charge for LMW & Raw Material/Finish Goods license renewals scrap approval, K9 application for selling scrap and other applications.
• Liaise closely with appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents on shipping arrangements (transportation schedule, quotes and destination, shipping documents, etc).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with working experience in Manufacturing company.
• Honest, independent, hardworking and self-discipline.
• Good time-management skills & a team player.
• Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Words, Outlook).
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
• Can start work immediately or in one month’s time.
• Full-Time position(s), 5.5 days’ work week.
