The Supply Planner is responsible for managing the procurement of required SKUs from complex suppliers, including intercompany and third-party, to support AOS health, on-time delivery, and inventory targets. This involves overseeing third-party supplier management, including quarterly lead time assessments, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and follow-ups on open purchase orders. They also partner with distribution centers to resolve inbound errors, coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery to distribution centers and update standard work procedures.

This position reports to the Supply Planning Team Lead and is part of the Supply Planning Team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and will be an on-site role. Working in EMEA Time zone and following EMEA Public Holidays.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Manage procurement of required SKUs with suppliers (intercompany and 3rd party) to support AOS health, on time delivery and inventory targets.

• Review Purchase Reqs and Purchase orders vs. sales orders; inventory levels to ensure customer service levels and reduce slow moving stock; and exception messages to ensure product is expedite on time.
• Monitor Goods in Transit and resolve issues which arise.
• Resolve blocked stock, backlog, and supply issues.
• Manage queries in the customer service DB and support monthly revenue roll up and estimates
• Resolve GRIR Compliance Management
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• SAP Skills (MM Module) preferred.
• Commercial acumen combined with a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction.
• Supplier management experience and minimum 24 months supply chain experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Positive mindset & actively encourages other team members
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, to analyze supply chain data and make informed decisions
• Project Management: Experience in managing supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Forecasting and Planning: Expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand
