Within one month, you will…

  • Dive deep into our technology stack, architecture, and integration methodologies
  • Shadow software deployments
  • Begin enhancing our technical materials with your fresh perspective and insights
  • Build relationships with key team members across Professional Services


Within three months, you will…

  • Take ownership of your first client project, leading the solution deployment
  • Apply your expertise to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
  • Adjust our deployment tooling according to project needs
  • Actively contribute to ongoing projects by providing support and technical consultations


Within six months, you will…

  • Master our specialized tool set and technical documentation essential for solution deployment
  • Contribute to comprehensive technical documentation such as Factory Acceptance Tests
  • Contribute improvements to our internal tools and processes


Within one year, you will…

  • Independently manage multiple technical deployments
  • Become a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and external clients
  • Provide customized troubleshooting that help resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to product roadmaps by channeling customer feedback into meaningful improvements


About You:

You are a self-reliant generalist with a can-do attitude. You like to learn, communicate with customers and solve problems. You align strongly with our company values and mission, and you thrive in an environment that is focused on successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Responsible approach to work, ability to work independently
  • Analytical approach to solving complex problems, ability to clearly describe the situation and suggest a solution strategy
  • Excellent technical verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn
  • University education in technology area
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short business trips (EMEA Travel ~20% of time)
