Key Responsibility

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Malaysia, understanding their technical needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of AIOT smart workspace solutions, including enterprise digital transformation, physical security systems (CCTV, access control), and other related technologies.

  • RFx Tender Submission: Lead the preparation and submission of RFx documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer requirements, and alignment with DeltaFrontier’s strategic goals.

  • System Demonstration: Conduct product and system demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of DeltaFrontier's solutions to prospective clients.

  • Technical Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed technical proposals that address customer challenges and articulate the value of our solutions.
  • Solution Design: Assist in designing and configuring solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring integration with existing systems and alignment with industry standards.

  • Project Deployment: Oversee and manage the deployment of projects as requested by clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.

  • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies within the Malaysian market, providing insights that drive the continuous improvement of DeltaFrontier’s offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in AIOT smart workspace solutions, with a focus on enterprise digital transformation and physical security (CCTV, access control).

  • Datacenter Experience: Experience in datacenter environments, including BMS, DCIM, and PMS, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in system design, technical proposal writing, and conducting system demonstrations. Knowledge of RFx tender processes is essential.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that deliver tangible business value.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
