Job Responsibility

The main responsibilities of a Takaful Consultant are as follows:

• Consultation and Needs Analysis
  
  

Assess clients' financial protection needs and provide suitable Takaful solutions.

• Product Knowledge and Recommendations
  
  

Advise clients on appropriate Takaful products based on needs analysis.

• Business Development and Sales
  
  

Sell Takaful policies and achieve sales targets.

• Policy Administration and Documentation
  
  

Assist clients with policy applications and ensure all documentation is complete.

• Customer Relationship Management
  
  

Provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Compliance with Regulations
  
  

Ensure all sales comply with relevant Takaful regulations.

• Training and Professional Development
  
  

Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Team Collaboration
  
  

Work with the team to achieve collective sales goals.

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field
• Own vehicles
