Job Responsibility
What you will do As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting e.g. hiring, interviewing, and recruiting. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicantsâ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote companyâs reputation as âbest place to workâ
Job Requirements
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or staffing agency). Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. Experience working in a BPO industry is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills
