- To support the designing and implementation of recruiting strategy:
- Support the execution of the overall recruiting strategy aligned with the technology growth blueprint.
- Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to proactively plan for future talent acquisition with relevant pipelines.
- Screen resumes based on specialized skills:
- Evaluate resumes to match qualifications with job requirements.
- Focus on technical expertise, certifications, and relevant experience and ensuring right culture-fit.
- Conduct interviews using various methods:
- Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
- Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions.
- Collaborate with hiring manager and business leaders:
- Understand hiring needs and providing effective recruiting support.
- Align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and technology strategy.
- Build and maintain networks of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Stay aligned to industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- To support in ad hoc initiatives or projects including and not limited to process improvement, talent mapping, technology community connects, and employer branding.
- A degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in talent acquisition, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house.
- Proven and strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and hiring channels effectiveness and usages.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven with an eye for details and yet driving simplification.
- Self-starter, positive-minded and good prioritization skills working in a fast-paced environment.
