- Well-versed with Audiovisual, Conference Room and Digital Signage solutions.
- Build professional relationships and network with new and existing clients to expand business and increase customer loyalty.
- Prepare monthly sales forecast for management to review.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Engage with clients to cater to system needs and implement optimized solution to resolve issues.
- Provide attentive service whilst maintaining a good rapport with clients.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on relevant technologies and identify market trends to propose to management.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize market share.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT or equivalent.
- Highly goal oriented, self-discipline, team player, independent, and hands-on problem solver.
- Good command of language (written & spoken) in English and BM. Mandarin &/or Cantonese would be an added advantage.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
- Possess good analytical, communication and conflict resolution skills with proactive engagement and situational awareness.
- Candidate who are equipped with competent knowledge but do not meet the prerequisite requirement are also welcomed to apply.
