About the Role:As an Intern in CapBay’s Tech Product Team, you will collaborate closely with our product management and technical teams, contributing to the development and implementation of our products and features.

- Work collaboratively with users, the tech team, and business stakeholders to define and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Facilitate the translation of business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with technical considerations.
- Support product and feature launches by overseeing user testing and validation.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
- Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and perform competitive analysis to identify and propose strategic initiatives for enhancing the product and user experience.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Banking, Finance/Fintech, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in technology and financial services.
- Exhibits excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Has strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Displays strong project management capabilities.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design software is an added advantage.
