Job Description:

• To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
• To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.
• Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.
• To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
• Do ' whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
• Responsible for the overall product yields. He/ she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
• Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
• Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.).
• Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
• Responsible for revision change of documents. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate
• superior from time to time.
• Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
• Derive Continual Improvement.
• Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechnical).Experience: At least 1 year experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
• Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
• Special Skills: With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
