Job Description:
- To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
- To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/ fixtures for production used.
- Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.
- To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
- Do ' whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
- Responsible for the overall product yields. He/ she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
- Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
- Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.).
- Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
- Responsible for revision change of documents. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate
- superior from time to time.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
- Derive Continual Improvement.
- Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics or Mechnical).Experience: At least 1 year experience in related industry and in mass production environment.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc.
- Special Skills: With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
