JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist the Test & Development Engineer in terms of setup, debug and test.
- Support for Test and Development Engineer evaluations, projects and analysis, test verifications / qualifications (include Partest) and Support on debug on failure and analysis.
- Scrap Cost Monitoring by Product.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications).
- Experience in optical device testing/debug/repair/setup related industry and in mass production environment is advantage.
- Familiar with basic knowledge and principle of optical devices and electronic/electric.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc
- With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
- Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics.
- Familiarity with electrical/electronic/optic test instruments.
- Experience in troubleshooting PCBA preferred.
- Can work independently and work with support teams as needed.
