主要職責：
- 協助工程師排除故障、測試和維護 AV 設備或系統
- 為客戶和內部部門提供技術支持
- 準備和更新技術文件、報告和圖紙
- 與供應商和廠商協調技術規格和產品採購
- 支援設備的安裝、調試和維修
- 監控專案進度並確保符合工程標準
- 與工程團隊合作改進流程並解決技術問題
- 維護服務活動和技術資料的準確記錄
- 工程證書或文憑（機械、電氣和電子（E&E）或相關領域）
- 優先考慮具有 1-3 年技術支援或工程協助經驗
- 強大的解決問題能力與技術能力
- 精通Microsoft Office和基本CAD軟體
- 良好的英語溝通能力（馬來語為佳）
- 能夠獨立工作並根據需要出差
