We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that support the sales and business development of flavors and ingredients across Malaysia and selected overseas markets (excluding Indonesia). This role complements the sales and technical teams by bringing in market insights, brand positioning, and promotional initiatives tailored to local and regional needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Malaysia and overseas markets (excluding Indonesia).
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Support the sales manager in delivering agreed marketing activities.
- Brand & Product Positioning
- Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Develop marketing materials, presentations, and creative content (visuals, videos) tailored to B2B clients.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns with compelling selling propositions.
- Sales & Trade Support
- Create awareness and develop the company’s brands through advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
- Source advertising opportunities and manage placements in online banners and social media.
- Prepare detailed trade plans including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Communicate with target audiences and build strong customer relationships.
- Customer Engagement & Events
- Organize and attend customer events, exhibitions, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with key accounts to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Track marketing performance and ROI; prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and optimal media usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with flavorists, application teams, and sales to develop impactful marketing tools.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment while maintaining local relevance.
- Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the flavors, ingredients, or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of local and regional market dynamics.
- Proven experience in supporting sales teams with marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content creation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in a multinational environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for market visits and e vents.
