We’re looking for a strategic and technically proficient Technical Product Owner to lead the development, integration, and optimization of our digital commerce platforms. You will serve as the technical anchor between business goals and engineering execution—driving product vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure platform architecture.

What You'll Do
- Define and own the product roadmap for e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, mobile app, CMS, PDP, checkout, payment systems) with a strong focus on technical feasibility and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, UX/UI, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and work with architects to create architectural blueprints.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams, ensuring technical alignment and delivery velocity.
- Drive architectural decisions in collaboration with architects and tech leads, focusing on modularity, performance, and maintainability.
- Own API strategy, data models, and integration patterns across platforms and third-party services.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices are aligned with product goals.
- Monitor KPIs, system logs, and analytics to assess product performance and identify areas for technical improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud infrastructure, and e-commerce best practices.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in an e-commerce or digital environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce).
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and work with architects to create architectural blueprints.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams, ensuring technical alignment and delivery velocity.
- Drive architectural decisions in collaboration with architects and tech leads, focusing on modularity, performance, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Deep familiarity with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and third-party integrations (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment gateways).
- Ability to write or review technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and system specs.
