- Oversee the company’s technical team and spearhead Digital Signage, AV System and other projects.
- Perform project scoping, feasibility study, information gathering, planning, system analysis and schematic diagrams.
- Responsible for all costing, monitoring, reporting and quality control.
- Coordinate daily work schedule and delegate tasks efficiently to maximize team’s capacity to meet deadlines.
- Engage with clients to cater to system needs and implement technical solutions.
- Identify root cause by investigating problems and presenting optimized solution to resolve issues.
- Implement and administer server hardware and software.
- Responsible for coordinating with vendor to deploy, configure and execute digital signage hardware and network synchronization.
- Provide attentive service whilst maintaining a good rapport with clients.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on relevant technologies and identify market trends to propose to management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Good command of language (written & spoken) in English and BM. Mandarin &/or Cantonese would be an added advantage.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in computer hardware & software systems.
- Must be willing to travel outstation.
- Possess strong problem solving & project management skills.
- Possess analytical, communication and conflict resolution skills with proactive engagement and situational awareness.
