To provide technical support to physicians during cases and to meet sales target assigned
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Structural Heart product in-service and sales call to current and potential customers in assigned territories
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve AOP, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals in assigned territories
- Formulate Sales Plan, Revenue tracking report and Account Profile of customers in assigned territories
- Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories
- Provide technical support of structural heart products in Malaysia
- Provide CME to nurses, referral doctors, health care workers and team members.
- Obtain market Intelligence such as competitor product, pricing, marketing programs etc
- Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends
- Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance to SJM requirement
- Assist in clinical research, when necessary
- Perform administrative pre / post sales on daily activities.
- Covering customer orders delivery, quotation and billing, consignment usage tracking.
- Coordinate and liaise internal departments to ensure stock delivery and deadlines are met.
- Involvement in new products launching.
- Bachelor of Science, Biomedical Science, Bioengineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of medical sales experience
- Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott CN Asia and Abbott Malaysia’s policy and requirement
- Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott CN Asia and Abbott Malaysia.
- Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott CN Asia and Abbott Malaysia are executed.
