Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch technical support to customers via phone calls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with efficiency and precision.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in our support system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (spoken).
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply â TRAINING Provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
  • Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of short break.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
