Technician For Condominium

Job Description:

• Ensure smooth operation of all systems and services according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
• To assist in carrying out inspections on the condition of the building, prepare reports and recommendations for rectification or improvement.
• To assist to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives or upgrading of equipment.
• To assist in maintaining the functions of all the M&E services to achieve smooth and effective operations.
• To assist to perform any other functions of the building’s repair and maintenance in regards to but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, staining and varnishing, faucet repair, caulking, measuring, sewage disposal, etc.
• To assist in monitoring the suppliers and contractors in relation to working hours, mobilization, building safety and privacy of the residents. And to ensure the services provided are completed in time and effective.
• To assist to develop and implement Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) plan & training.
• To attend to the residents’ service requests and feedback tactfully and resolve matters satisfactorily within assigned timelines to achieve the highest resident satisfaction.
• To prepare reports as and when needed or required.
• To perform general repair maintenance and servicing for all the facilities in the premises with the highest degree of efficiency so as to contribute in cost saving and resources.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and government agencies regarding building safety & health, licenses, permits, security and operations.
• To record and monitor meter readings of water and electricity for individual and common areas.
• To attend to emergency and contingency matters.
• You may be required to attend to maintenance issues at properties within our group of companies upon request.
