Technicians (Aircon x2 / Lighting x2 / Wireman x2 )

Technician (Air-Con)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Installs, inspects, maintains and repairs various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window and casement units.
2. Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.
3. Installs, tests, commissions and maintains air conditioning system.
4. Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
5. Carries out repair works such as replacement of air con compressor, fan coil motors etc.
6. Recommends appropriate repair and improvement works to customers
7. Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Min certificate in Air-Conditioning work.
2. Min 3 years of working experience in water treatment plants or electrical works of similar works.
3. Experience in installing/service for cassette, single split, multi split, wall-mounted, and ceiling exposed air conditioning systems.

Technician (Lighting)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drafts light plots and oversees the installation of lighting equipment.
2. Performs minor repairs, cleans and adjusts lighting equipment.
3. Assists supervisor in scheduling work force for productions.
4. Assists supervisor in coordinating technical requirements such as determining equipment needs and determining when to schedule work so all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

1. Min Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
2. Min 3 years of working experience in water treatment plants or electrical works of similar works.
3. General electrical knowledge.

Technician (Wireman)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Install electrical wiring, conduits, and fixtures in buildings and structures.
2. Connect electrical equipment and appliances to power sources.
3. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems, equipment, and components.
4. Test and troubleshoot electrical circuits to identify and resolve issues.
5. Follow electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
6. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with electrical regulations.
7. Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
8. Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.
9. Stay updated on the latest electrical codes, regulations, and industry practices.

Requirements:

1. Min 3 years of working experience in water treatment plants or electrical works of similar works.
2. Good understanding of electrical systems, equipment, and components.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday - 7:30am to 4:30pm

Working Location:

Kota Tinggi, Malaysia
