What You'll Do
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
Achieve monthly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
Build rapport with prospects to foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies and goals.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
