Job Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential customers via both inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the most suitable products or services
- Confidently manage objections, provide clarifications, and drive successful sales closures
- Accurately document all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients
- Minimum C1 level proficiency (CEFR) in both spoken and written English
- Proven telesales background, preferably in a B2C environment
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Able to work towards sales KPIs and handle high call volumes effectively.
- Able to learn product knowledge and software tools quickly
- Training Provided
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri; 7am-4pm)
- Annual leave/Medical leave
