Telesales Agent

Job Description

This is a third party contract role.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love you have you on board.

You Are

• Confident in cold calling customers.
• Excellent oral, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Results driven, motivation for sales, persistent and self-motivated to succeed.
• Able to work as a team member and accommodate multiple priorities.
• Be adaptable, able to work on new campaigns and priorities, as they arise.
  
  

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver prepared sales scripts that describe products or services to persuade existing or potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Explain products, services and prices, answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as agreed plan / services purchased, payment method, and record into our systems following set processes.
• Comply with procedures, rules and regulations, reporting needed changes.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
• Complete tasks and call list assigned.
  
  

Requirements

Your Merits:

• Minimum education qualification: SPM.
• Experience in sales or telemarketing will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, candidates that can communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
