Job Description

Job Summary:

• Contact existing or potential bank customer(s) via telephony system approved & provided by the UOBM to inform them about a product or service guided by script(s) provided.
• Provide the customer with information about the products or services in order to create customer(s)’ interest in the brand
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers by generating leads via cold calls in accordance to the bank’s guidelines on customer acquisition;
• Follow up with prospective customers to ensure successful conversion of prospects into customers;
• Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customers base and conduct follow ups as necessary;
• Ensure all records are updated and maintained in the system accurately and timely;
• Provide support to Relationship Managers/Branch Heads/Senior Management in any ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time;
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in any field;
• Excellent command of English language – verbal and written;
• Good communication skills;
• Confident, positive attitude, well groomed and pleasant personality;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Independent, proactive and self motivated;
• Team player;
• Possess good customer service mindset;
• Knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel would be added advantage.
