Terminal Counter Supervisor/Asst Supervisor

• Plan, organize, or manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with other managers or staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, or objectives.
• Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
• Managing team schedule.
• Filtering documents to make sure it fulfil requirements
• Serve the customers and perform ticket purchase transaction.
• Advise customers on bus trips information including but not limited to schedule, ticket price, departing and arriving points, etc.
• Record transactions, compile and analyze data and report their findings to management.
• Liaise with finance department for daily sales report.
• Handling cash transfer and report cash transaction.
• Perform administrative tasks according to the instructions of their project head.
• Assist operation flow at terminal.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/telecommunication) or equivalent for Supervisor role.
- Required skill(s): customer care, communication skill, IT literacy, tech savvy.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working Location: Bus Terminal Miri Sentral, Sarawak.
- Applicants must be willing to work on shift basis and willing to work extended hours/weekend and good working attitude.
