We are a leading fast-growing group of companies specializing in field force management, brand communication and brand activations. We are looking for dynamic and ambitious talents to join our expanding family for the position of Trainer.

You Must Like To Do These:

Training and developing a team of Field Force members and Supervisors to meet the project deliverables and KPIs.

Collaborate closely with Project Lead to identify training needs for the project.

Key liaison between our company and the client on training matters.

Understand and design the project training needs: Methodology, Modules, Assessment, Ways of Working (processes, timelines, PIC etc), KPI Measurements etc.

Constant engagement with Project Lead and Supervisors to align on training needs based on project immediate requirements.

Develop, update and refresh training materials to constantly align with project requirements.

Monitor and track the performance of Field Force members and Supervisors to identify gaps and opportunities.

Drive Project Supervisor Coaching Programme to ensure the success of the Project Supervisors.

On ground field visits to engage, evaluate and troubleshoot for training solutions.

Research and develop latest training methodologies for continuous improvement in training techniques.

Plan and implement an effective training curriculum (annual and monthly training calendar for the project).

Support Training Head to drive Training & Development Department’s agenda for the company.

Discipline in meeting deadlines.

Speak and write fluently in English and Malay.

Willingness to do field work and travel outstation (outstation travel is planned 2 months once).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel).

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Working experience in related fields is an added advantage as we encourage fresh talents to apply as well.

Candidates from nutrition background with related experience is an added advantage.
