Responsibilities
- Lead governance of quality by ensuring Issue Life Cycle (ILM) process adherence to ensure proper due diligence conducted on all quality cases and perform Quality Trend Analysis to drive systematic improvements.
- Support carrier incident management & escalation.
- Issue Life Cycle management process to managed and all agreed KPI’s to be met as per the agreement with the customer.
- Drive LSP development and implementation of standardized, suitable solutions to ensure quality standards are met.
- KPI Management per LSP – monthly / weekly huddle by LSP to sync up shipment status, review capacity risk plan & OTD performance.
- Presents carier / LSP improvement plans / effectiveness of the improvements, project proposals (e.g. cost savings) and help needed.
- Single Point of Contact for Global Crisis Management.
- Identify structure to support crisis management across multiple sites.
- Work with global internal team, LSPs, customers on mitigation plans and communicate effectively to impacted stakeholders until closure.
- Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportations/Supply Chain or related studies.
- Ideally with 3 years' of experience as a Lead Logistics Partner(LLP) or Integrated Transport System(ITS).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
