Job Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Prepare Sales Reports for management (Sales Leader and Sales Director/MD).
- Diploma/Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the castors and wheels industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Able to travel around different states in Malaysia to meet customers & to travel to Germany for 1 week training.
- Must have own transport.
- Basic: RM4000 - RM 8000 (salary can be higher (i.e. up to RM8000 if sales experience is more)+ commission +allowance + EPF and Sosco

- Working Days: Monday - Friday ( Work on Saturday if you have appointments with customers)
