Rhombus under Colson, offers a wide range of castors in different industries such as for Furniture, Apparatus, Medical, Transport and Heavy Duty.

Qualifications & experience

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field is typically essential.
  • Relevant Work Experience: Usually, 5 - 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a coordinator or assistant role can be beneficial Experience in customer service can also be valuable.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects and deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and digital marketing tools Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and working collaboratively with team members.
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Motivation and Drive: A proactive and results-oriented attitude is essential Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with various departments and contribute to team goals.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape Analyze consumer data and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assisting with Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns Help create engaging content for various channels (social media, email newsletters, blogs, etc.).
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team by providing necessary resources, such as product information and sales materials Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain customer databases and ensure all interactions are logged accurately in the CRM system Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads to cultivate relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track metrics Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on sales and marketing performance.
  • Coordinating Events and Promotions: Help plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to brainstorm new ideas and strategies Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, product development, etc.) to align marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Assist in tracking and managing the marketing budget and expenditures Ensure adherence to budget constraints while executing marketing strategies.
  • Social Media and Content Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts and create posts to engage followers Monitor online presence and respond to customer inquiries or comments.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new sales team members on products and sales techniques Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
