URGENT HIRING - Sales Support Executive [Fresh Grads / Up to RM4K] P19

• Normal Working Hours (Mon - Fri; 9am - 6pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Oasis Corporate Park, Ara Damansara

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding order statuses, inquiries, and delivery schedules.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with new or existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure meetings are organized efficiently.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, documentation, and filing.
• Ensure the smooth running of office operations, including coordination of meetings and managing office calendars.
• Prepare, maintain, and compile customer data in an organized and accessible manner.
• Regularly update the customer database with new information, sales activities, and relevant notes.
• Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking key sales metrics.
• Liaise with internal departments such as production and logistics to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or office management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
