Job Description
- Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by team members
- Conduct research and gather data to support company initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on projects
- Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling and organizing files
- Attend company events and assist with event planning and execution
- Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas and strategies
- Learn and utilize company software and tools to complete tasks
- Assist in developing and executing a product vision and strategy
- Support and collaborate with the product team
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams
- Coordinate inventory management with the Marketing Department, including incoming shipments, stock allocation, and reservations.
- Act as the main point of contact between Sales Admin, Salespersons, and branches for all sales order-related matters.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- At least 6 months internship period
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Arts and Economic, Commerce, Product design and management, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to start immediately
