Role Overview:

As a Videographer & Video Editor at IUX, you will play a key role in owning end-to-end video production for our social media channels. Your responsibilities will include planning, shooting, and editing high-performing short-form videos that align with current social media trends while staying true to our brand identity. Your contributions will directly influence our brand visibility, audience engagement, and content performance across platforms, making you an integral part of IUX’s growth. In this role, you will work independently from concept to final cut and apply your familiarity with forex/trading to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and continuous improvement in video quality and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) from start to finish
• Handle the full video workflow: pre-production (concept + storyboard), production (filming), post-production (editing + finishing).
• Capture high-quality footage for different content styles: talking-head, street/interview, office/lifestyle, event coverage, and product walkthroughs
• Edit with strong social-first pacing: hooks, jump cuts, captions/subtitles, b-roll overlays, sound design, and trend-based formats
• Stay up to date with social media trends (formats, transitions, editing styles, viral audio) and adapt them to fit our brand
• Create content that explains forex/trading topics in a clear, engaging, beginner-friendly way (aligned with brand guidelines)
• Creating and editing multiple video content across different formats daily in primarily English language.
• Create simple supporting visuals when needed (thumbnails/covers/post graphics) using Canva

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience as a videographer + video editor (able to shoot and edit end-to-end)
• Proficient with video tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Comfortable with filming setups: smartphone or camera, basic lighting, and audio (lapel mic/shotgun mic)
• Experience working with Canva for quick creative assets
• Organized, able to manage multiple shoots/edits and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and open to feedback/iteration
• Proactive, curious, and a collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Strong ability to adapt to and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong experience creating video content in English
