Videographer/Photographer

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for e-commerce content? Nateskin is looking for a full-time Videographer/Photographer to produce Scroll-Stopping Take My Money (SSTMM) ads and direct-response videos for our e-commerce marketing efforts. You'll handle professional camera equipment, manage lighting setups, and edit raw images and videos to create high-converting content that drives engagement and sales. Experience in e-commerce and user-generated content (UGC) for direct-response ads is a big plus!

Job Description

• Video & Photo Production: Collaborate with the production team to produce high-quality, direct-response videos and photos for e-commerce ads and social media.
• Shoot Planning & Execution: Plan and execute shoots, including selecting talents, locations, and coordinating logistics.
• Camera & Lighting Management: Handle professional DSLR cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to capture top-notch footage and images.
• Post-Production: Edit and post-produce videos and photos using Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on creating engaging content for social ads.
• Image Editing: Edit raw images in Lightroom to ensure they meet Nateskin’s brand and marketing standards.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with Nateskin’s brand and focuses on driving direct response and conversions.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in video and photo production, particularly for e-commerce, with a portfolio of direct-response work to showcase.
• E-Commerce Expertise: Experience creating UGC-style content for direct-response ads is a great plus.
• Camera & Lighting Skills: Strong knowledge of professional DSLR cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.
• Photo Editing: Proficiency in editing raw images in Lightroom.
• Video Editing: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on video editing for e-commerce and ads.
• Creative Skills: Ability to generate new and innovative ideas for SSTMM ads that grab attention and drive sales.
• Communication & Organisation: Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Team Player: A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Passion for E-Commerce Creativity: A desire to continuously improve and evolve your creative skills, particularly for e-commerce and direct-response content.
