Visual Designer

Responsibilities
1. Design clear and engaging visual communications for marketing materials, including web
banners, EDMs, social media assets, and print materials as needed.
2. Collaborate closely with the team for online banners and web content writing.
3. Create and ensure final graphics and web layouts are visually appealing, user-centered, and on-
brand.
4. Review design briefs and determine project requirements.
5. Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements.

Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's
Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, or
an equivalent field.
2. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
4. Highly motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work on time.
5. Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
6. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with additional knowledge of animation design in After
Effects, GIF creation, and vector animations.
7. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and web animation is a plus.
8. Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including various social media platforms.
9. Highly aware of current technology trends and open to utilizing AI tools as needed, including AI-
generated content for copywriting or design assistance.
10. Able to work patiently and effectively on repetitive tasks when necessary, maintaining
consistency and attention to detail.
