About the role

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waitress/Waiter to join our vibrant team at Vivo Food Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and provide exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Deliver orders to customers promptly and ensure they are satisfied with the service
  • Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with care
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team and other front-of-house staff to provide a seamless dining experience

    • What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to speak additional languages an advantage
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
