- Plan and monitor effective and on-time end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inbound, cross check, racking, picking, packing, outbound.
- Arrange & coordinate to ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.
- Train new teammates for warehouse operations.
- Monitor, resolve and report daily fulfillment statuses.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for fulfillment related questions.
- Discuss, plan, stand-by and execute to support sales peak season.
- Maintain a safe and secured work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Capable of problems solving and detailed driven.
- Prepare and report to the management on daily, weekly and monthly bases.
- Candidate must hold at least Advanced Diploma in Logistics, Business, Management and related fields.
- At least 5 year experience in full-spetrum of warehouse operation.
- At least 2 year experience in warehouse operation management.
- Passion to hand-on and perform on-ground warehouse processes.
- Highly organized and dedicated.
- Team players with strong communication & reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms).
